HF-L PTA MEMBERHUB

MemberHub is software designed for the PTA. It gives us the tools to engage families, raise money virtually, grow membership, and reward families while raising passive revenue. 

Through New York State's PTA partnership with MemberHub, we get an account at no charge ($500 annual fee) so that means more funds going back to our schools and children!   

Here are the steps to join us. 

1. Sign up for an account either by logging in with the existing username and password or follow prompts to create one. 
2. Next, you will find the Main Screen, which will show you multiple categories to select. Including, student, standard, additional family member, and so on. If you have not visited this site previously you will most likely select 'standard'. If you have any additional questions on what option to select, please email us! We are happy to help. 
3. That is it! You are now officially a member of the HF-L PTA for this year! Every year you will need to renew but you'll receive messages when and how to do so.
